Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator/Executive Assistant.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our dealership.
You will work closely with the sales manager, assisting with inventory tracking and inputting on our websites, as well as providing support with our CRM system.

Responsibilities:
Track and input inventory:
Assist the sales manager in tracking and inputting inventory , ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for potential buyers.
Provide assistance to the accounting department and support the business office manager in various financial and administrative tasks.
You will also have the opportunity to assist in organizing and coordinating yacht parties and rendezvous, ensuring memorable and enjoyable experiences for participants.
Collaborate with boat manufacturers to effectively coordinate incoming inventory and ensure smooth deliveries.
Assist with CRM:
Support the sales team by managing our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
This includes inputting customer data, tracking interactions, and generating reports as needed.
Office coordination:
Perform general office duties such as managing correspondence, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
Administrative support:
Provide administrative support to the sales manager and sales team, including organizing meetings, preparing reports, and handling travel arrangements.
Customer service:
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, providing information about our inventory and services, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Database management:
Maintain and update various databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Event coordination:
Assist in the planning and coordination of yachting events and Boat shows , including logistical arrangements, participant registration, and on-site support.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an office coordinator, executive assistant, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, google workplace) and ability to quickly learn new software systems.
Experience with CRM software is highly desired.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory tracking.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of the boating industry is a plus.
